The sisters of the Islamic Center of South Bay (ICSB) are equal partners in making the programs and events so successful at Masjid Al-Noor. ICSB highly values their involvement in the religious, educational, social, and cultural affairs of the Masjid. Therefore, it is essential to provide them a spiritually reviving and socially welcoming environment by planning and organizing programs and events to fulfil their specific needs. In conjunction with other committees, the Women Group plans, organizes and administers the following programs and events:
- Religious Studies
- Quiz and Essay Competitions for Children & Youth
- Arts & Crafts, and Painting Classes for children and Ladies
- Sisters Brunches
- Ethnic Recipes Exchange
- Volunteers Recruitment and Retention
- Special Events and Celebrations
